I like the title of your blog and the positive attitude that exudes from your writings.  It&#039;s a pleasure to read your posts.

As a leader in an organization, I often am pondering what separates top performers from just average performers.  Why do some of my employees struggle while others succeed?  I think you gave me food for thought with this post and I will continue to examine my own behaviors and attitudes along with my company&#039;s.  

A book that I recently read and found helpful re leadership ideas is &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.stepupresults.com&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;Step Up! How to Win More and Lose Less in Business!&lt;/a&gt; by Daniel Grissom.  It&#039;s an easy read, has lots of great quotes and is a unique blend of success tips for busines and life situations.  The title is actually an acronym for his step-by-step system of achieving excellence.
