Effective Ways To The Heart Of Coaching

In an extension to the previous workshops, I conducted the additional course today on “Employability Skills for Career Consultants”. It is designed for the consultants to further aid those who need to gain employment.

Within the techniques of coaching and guiding the job seekers, consultant-coaches should also explore into the heart of coaching itself. This enables them to better reach out to others, positively influencing them in the process.

Every way opens new possibilities for the jobseekers. They become a form of doorway for relationship building.

  1. Ah, at t;he heart of career coaching! For me, one of the best ways to describe what I do is that I: LISTEN INTENTLY & VALIDATE.

    A lot of times, that is what is needed most, besides the many resources I suggest to go to good, job chearh decisons. Being approachable & friendly is fun!
