Essential Pointers To Help Improve Your Interpersonal Skills

What an interesting session at today’s “Developing Interpersonal Skills” workshop. We’ve had the participants sharing transformational stories from their heart. These examples were proofs of the participants’ renewed commitment towards excellence.

Here are some of the essential pointers:

1. It is your attitude that comes first before the techniques.

2. The thoughts within the mind can be triggered with the right set of words, phrases and paragraphs.

3.You must be able to relate to yourself first before you can relate well to others.
